IKEMA-Studie im Überblick

IKEMA ist eine prospektive, randomisierte, offene, 2-armige Phase-III-Studie, die einen monoklonalen Anti-CD38-Antikörper in Kombination mit Carfilzomib und Dexamethason (Kd) für die Behandlung des Multiplen Myeloms ab der 2. Linie im Vergleich zu Kd untersucht. Der primäre Endpunkt der Studie ist das mediane progressionsfreie Überleben (mPFS).1
